Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand plans change. To be fair to our therapists and other clients waiting for an appointment, please review our cancellation and refund terms below.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee.

Refunds

Refunds requested for prepaid appointments may incur a $15 administration and processing fee.

Multi-session packages are non-transferable and any refund of unused sessions will be calculated at the standard single-session rate.

Late arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full session fee still applies.
